"Nice lights, but remote access is frustrating"
I like my Nanoleaf setup when I’m at home, and the lights look great, but remote access has been really hit or miss for me. Sometimes the lights respond right away, and other times the app just sits there hanging like it has no idea what’s going on. What’s even more annoying is that when it doesn’t work, it’s not clear what I’m supposed to do next, restart the app, reconnect something, check settings… who knows. It’s okay overall, but definitely not as smooth as I expected

"Finally Staying on Track"
I used to forget my routines all the time, but now I pretty much never miss them, well, I should say I haven’t missed one since I started using this. It’s made staying consistent feel way easier.

"Wouldn't stay stuck"
I was hoping this would hold better , but the adhesive came off twice . Frustrating because I had to keep fixing it instead of just using it like normal ...

"Pretty smooth app overall"
Not gonna lie, I’ve actually had a good experience with the Nanoleaf app. It opens fast, my lights connect without random problems, and it’s been way more solid than I expected. I was worried it might be buggy, but scenes switch just fine and I’m not constantly restarting things. Nothing overly fancy, it just works like it should

"I’ve been leaving my Nanoleaf lights…"
I’ve been leaving my Nanoleaf lights on way more than I probably should, and somehow my power bill still seems lower. So that’s nice. Apparently you can have cool lighting without being punished by the electric company, which is a refreshing change.

"Great colors, but the whites were a little disappointing"
I mostly picked these up for the color range, that part is great. There are a lot of shades to play around with, not just the usual basic bright colors, which I really like. That said, some of the whites seem a bit off here and there, and I wasn’t really expecting that. I’m still mostly happy with them overall, but I do feel like that part could’ve been better, and I’d appreciate some acknowledgment or apology for it...

I got my Nanoleaf panels a few weeks ago, the build quality surprised me. Like, in a good way. They don’t feel flimsy at all or like cheap, thin plastic. Setup was easy too, and the pieces clicked together nicely. Even the connectors feel solid, which I wasn’t totally expecting. For the price, I was really hoping they’d feel premium, and yeah, they actually do.

"Super Easy Setup"
Getting these set up with Google Home was SO easy. I just ask, and the lights turn on or off like they’re supposed to. No fuss, no weird setup issues, LOVE that they just work.

Pretty happy with this so far. The colors come out really close to what I choose in the app. No weird off shades or surprises yet. Just looks right.

"I’ve been using these for a little…"
I’ve been using these for a little while now, and overall they’re bright. The first night I set them up, I was actually impressed, but after using them at different times over the past week, I noticed they can seem a bit dimmer than I expected sometimes. Still decent lights, just not quite as powerful in every situation as I thought they’d be.

"Music sync is actually great"
The lights line up with my music really well. Not perfect every single second, but close enough that it feels awesome. Makes my room way more fun. Especially at night.

"Faulty panel at first, but they made it right"
One of my Nanoleaf panels showed up with a strange hardware issue where it kept flickering and wouldn’t stay synced. It felt like a preventable problem and I was expecting the whole process to be annoying.
Luckily, support was easy to deal with and got a replacement sent out after a few basic checks. The new panel works perfectly now, so even though it wasn’t the smoothest start, they handled it well and I’m still happy to give 5 stars

"Quick and Easy Setup"
It connected really fast and I haven’t had any issues so far. the extra setup steps felt a bit unnecessary, but everything’s working fine...

I was expecting the setup to be fairly simple, and for the most part it was. It didn’t take too long, and the app picked up the panels quickly. The sticky pads are holding fine so far, which was one of the things I was a little unsure about. I did have to redo one section because I didn’t line it up right the first time, but that was more my fault than anything. Overall, it was a good experience and close to what I hoped for, just not completely perfect.

"Surprisingly Fast Shipping"
I ordered from nanoleaf and, i was kind of confused by how fast everything moved. I got the tracking info quickly, and before I really had time to wonder where it was, the package showed up safely with no issues. Not complaining at all, just wasn’t expecting it to be that smooth. Really happy with the whole shipping experience.

"Fun to Play Around With"
I really like how easy it is to mess around with the colors and save different scenes. It took me a little bit to figure everything out, but once I got it, I got it. Now my room feels a little different every night, different in a good way. Happy with it overall...

I ordered from nanoleaf.me and the whole delivery process was better than I expected. The tracking updated quickly and everything matched up, with no random delays or missing details. It said my package would arrive on Tuesday, and it actually showed up during the expected time window. The box was in good shape too, nothing damaged at all. I really appreciated not having to wonder where my order was the whole time. Super simple, easy experience, and I’d be happy to order again
